After fermentation, the “base wine” is aged for 6 months on its “leak” (sediment) in stainless steel tanks and then fermented for 18 months in bottle using the Méthode Traditionnelle technique - just like in Champagne.\u003c\/a\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e \u003ca class=\"text\"\u003eRaventos Cava is elegant and light, with very aromatic fruit and floral aromas in the nose, a nice structure in the taste and lots of charm and complexity in the aftertaste.
