A sublime glass of biodynamic R ose wine from one of Central Italy 's best biodynamic producers .

Beautiful copper red color there comes from the skins of the Pinot Grigio grapes from which the wine is made.
The wine is allowed to ferment with the grape skins, just like when making red wine, and in this way it becomes an orange wine.

The wine possesses an impressive ending depth and complexity. Ideal for food, where the wine's The spicy aftertaste will match light meat and fish .
