TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The following terms of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from TastingClub.
If you would like further information or advice from TastingClub, this is for guidance only.
Delivery and shipping
TastingClub has unique express delivery in Greater Copenhagen; we also deliver same-day on weekdays via GLS, if your order is placed before 10:00 AM and the items in question are in stock. We cannot guarantee that delays will not occur with GLS.
There is no handling fee at TastingClub and all shipments are of course securely wrapped in approved packaging.
At TastingClub we believe in fast, cheap and flexible delivery. That's why we have put together a number of different shipping methods so you can choose the one that suits you best. Choose from, among others:
Delivery to GLS Parcel Shop
Express delivery throughout Greater Copenhagen
Delivery to private address
Delivery to business address
If you are not at home, you must pick up the package at the GLS parcel shop the following day.
The package will be sent with GLS to the pickup location you choose that is closest to your delivery address.
For delivery to Bornholm, an extra day must be expected in relation to the stated delivery.
Order
At TastingClub you can order all the items that are available on our website. If you have any inquiries about items that are not on the site, you are always welcome to contact us at info@tastingclub.dk or phone +45 50 42 44 54.
The website is updated continuously.
All prices on the website include VAT and other taxes. Prices are current prices.
When you shop with TastingClub, agreements are made in the following language: Danish.
It is not possible to view previous orders when logging in to the website. If you would like to receive a copy of your order confirmation, please send an email to: info@tastingclub.dk
Payment
At TastingClub you can pay with:
- Dankort
- Visa Dankort
- Visa Electron
- MobilePay
- MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, JCB, Diners and American Express
- ViaBill
When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. After that, you must pay your
monthly payment on the 20th of each month.
If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged.
If you regret your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will terminate.
ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000.
Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress.

If you pay by credit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system.
Data you send in connection with purchases paid for with a credit card is encrypted (SSL), and therefore only PBS can read it. Neither TastingClub nor others have the ability to read the data.
The amount for the goods will only be deducted when the goods are shipped from TastingClub. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.
You can prepay with account-to-account payment, in this case 2-3 days will typically be added to the order, as we will not ship the item until we have received the full amount for the order.
When making a bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme.
Right of withdrawal:
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
If it concerns an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info[at] tastingclub.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:
Delivery of food, beverages or other goods for current household consumption, which are physically delivered to your home or workplace by a trader who regularly delivers goods to your area,
Delivery of alcoholic beverages where the price was set at the time of conclusion of the agreement and delivery can only take place after 30 days and where the actual value depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no influence.
The condition of the item when you return it
If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.
You can also cancel your purchase by notifying us and delivering it in person to the above address by prior arrangement.
If you have sent an item in for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email you will receive information about the further process in connection with the processing of your cancellation/complaint.
Right of complaint:
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.
This means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you make a complaint within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with returning the item when the complaint is justified.

When returning the item, please state the error on the invoice.
Please note - we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or otherwise.
Always remember to return the item in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse you for your costs.

Cookie and privacy policy
Introduction
When you visit our website, information about you is collected, which is used to customize and improve our content and to increase the value of the advertisements displayed on the site. If you do not want information to be collected, you should delete your cookies (see instructions) and refrain from further use of the website. Below we have explained what information is collected, its purpose and which third parties have access to it.
Cookies
The website uses "cookies", which are text files that are stored on your computer, mobile phone or similar device for the purpose of recognizing it, remembering settings, performing statistics and targeting advertisements. Cookies cannot contain harmful code such as viruses.

If you delete or block cookies, advertisements may become less relevant to you and appear more frequently. You may also risk that the website will not function optimally and that there is content that you cannot access.

Personal information
Personal data is all kinds of information that can be attributed to you to some extent. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. This happens, for example, when accessing content in general, if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, otherwise use services or make purchases via the website.
We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location, and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent that you explicitly consent to this and enter the information yourself, we also process: Name, telephone number, email, address and payment information. This will typically be in connection with creating a login or when making a purchase, where we register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the product to you.
Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or made available to unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
Purpose
The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the advertisements that are most likely to be relevant to you, to record your purchases and payments, and to provide the services you have requested, such as sending a newsletter. We also use the information to optimize our services and content.
Period of storage
The personal information provided in connection with the purchase is registered with TastingClub and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
The information provided in other connections is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general timeframe for when information is deleted.
Disclosure of information
Data about your use of the website, which advertisements you receive and possibly click on, geographical location, gender and age segment, etc. are passed on to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see which third parties are involved in the section on “Cookies” above. The information is used for targeting advertising.
We also use a number of third parties to store and process data. These parties only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.
Insights and complaints
You have the right to be informed about what personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of information at any time. You can also revoke your consent to the processing of information about you. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. Inquiries about this can be made to: info[at] tastingclub.dk If you want to complain about our processing of your personal data, you also have the option of contacting the Danish Data Protection Authority.

Generally
TastingClub wishes to comply with Danish legislation regarding the sale of alcohol. Persons under the age of 18 cannot therefore purchase spirits above 16.5%. Persons between the ages of 16-18 can still purchase alcohol, wine etc. up to 16.5%. By placing orders, the buyer declares to be familiar with the current legislation regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages.
Images are indicative product images. There may be changes in the appearance of the label, and in addition, some images may have a vintage that does not correspond to the vintage of the given product. In such cases, the vintage of the wine always corresponds to that stated in the text of the product.
