Plantation Rome

Plantation Rum was created by French entrepreneur Alexandre Gabriel, who in addition to Plantation is also behind Pierre Ferrand Cognac, Citadelle Gin and a number of other spirits brands.

Gabriel's approach to rum production is based on cognac traditions; distilled rum is aged in American oak and shipped from the Caribbean to France, where the rum receives its second aging in small, French oak barrels.

In the little over 20 years they have existed, Plantation has become one of the world's most recognized rum producers.
