West Cork Distillers is the oldest independent distillery in Cork / Ireland. It was founded in 2003 by 3 close friends who had a dream to produce premium whiskey where nothing was left to the imagination.

This has resulted in an extreme focus on local ingredients, using only Irish grains and our own handmade pot stills. The soft water used for distillation gives the products a very special finesse, fullness and softness.

West Cork Distillers is known for challenging the whisky industry by constantly experimenting with new types of cask aging, processes and ageing methods. In addition to whisky, they produce a wide range of fantastic gin products.
