A unique opportunity for champagne lovers
Imagine tasting a 2006 champagne – a wine that has been allowed to develop and mature for 18 years. It’s not every day that you get an experience like this. This champagne represents something very special: elegance, depth and history.
Vincent d'Astree ages the special Vinotheque champagne for many years before releasing it. It was only disgorged (where the sediment is removed) in June 2023, meaning the wine has been in optimal conditions and has retained its freshness and quality.
You can choose to store this wine for even more years or enjoy it now.
What makes it special?
This Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from hand-picked Chardonnay grapes, resulting in an elegant and refined wine. The color is deep golden, and the bubbles are soft and persistent. On the nose you will find notes of vanilla and butter, combined with the freshness of peach and mirabelle plum, as well as a touch of toast. The taste is a balanced blend of sweet honey, crisp green apples and lively citrus notes, finished with a hint of hazelnut.
Food use
This champagne is versatile and can be enjoyed for many different occasions and dishes. As a welcome drink it is obvious, but it can also accompany an entire menu. It is perfect for dishes such as scallops with butter sauce or salmon tartare, but it can also handle a main course such as veal tenderloin with mushroom sauce or roast chicken. For dessert it is a good match for hard cheeses such as parmesan or manchego, where its acidity and crispness complement the salty and dry flavor notes.
A wine for those special moments
This champagne is created to celebrate life and the great moments. Share it with those you love and immerse yourself in its unique flavors and history. It's an experience worth sharing.
