A white 'Amarone'!

This delicious organic white wine is made using the Appassimento method, where the grapes - here Trebbiano and Chardonnay - are dried for 30 days after harvest, in the same way as when making Amarone.

It produces a bold and full-bodied white wine at a level that you would normally pay much more to experience. The taste is almost creamy, with hints of melon and dried fruit and a long, persistent aftertaste - a find for the price!
