Collection: Misty Cove

Welcome to Misty Cove.

Their philosophy alone says a lot about their fresh and passionate approach to producing wine.
There is no room for snobbery and nice feelings here – it's New Zealand in a beautiful nutshell😊!

Focus on the product, each vintage is like a new start, and "hug the haters".

Misty Cove Wines is located in the Wairau Valley in Marlborough, more precisely in Misty Cove

(also known as the Marlborough Sounds), which is one of the most popular natural areas in New Zealand.

Founder Andrew Bailey is an experienced man who has travelled the world to improve his skills. Together with the two winemakers Nicky Parish and Emmanuel Bolliger, they have created a fantastic team.

The many hours of sunshine and the cool evenings and nights provide a long and slow ripening for the grapes, resulting in aromatic, fruity and delicate wines, especially for Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
Misty Cove Wines is certified 100% sustainable with its 165 hectares of vineyards. Of the 70 hectares of vineyards, which are located on two terraces close to the winery, the upper terrace with 33 hectares is already organically certified (BioGroorganic NZ). The lower terrace of 37 hectares is in transition to organic. In recent years, massive investments have been made in vinification equipment to create the framework for producing “state of the art” wines.
