Collection: Rieger Winery

Weingut Rieger is located in Buggingen-Betberg, south of Freiburg in the southern part of Baden in Germany. The family has a long tradition of winegrowing and today no less than 4 generations are employed at the vineyard - This ensures stable continuity in production and familiarity with the plots where wine is grown.

The vineyards cover 14 hectares, all of which are cultivated according to the biodynamic method; therefore, all wines from Weingut Rieger are certified organic (Ecovin and Demeter). The main varieties used are the classic southern German grape varieties; Grauer Burgunder, Spätburgunder, Gutedel and Weißer Burgunder, but Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Riesling and more are also used.
