Azul de Ventozelo Rosé

At Quinta de Ventozelo, there is one detail that stands out – a symbol of human influence on the landscape. It is the light blue color of the doors of the estate’s warehouses dating back to 1840. The freshness and purity of this color was the inspiration behind this series of wines: Azul de Ventozelo Rosé. Made from a blend of traditional regional red grape varieties, this wine presents the Ventozelo terroir and the style that defines our wines.

Tasting notes This wine has a light salmon color with a floral aroma (white flowers) and light citrus notes. In the mouth it is very mineral with crisp acidity and a persistent and balanced finish.

How to enjoy it best This versatile wine can be served as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light dishes of fish, white meat or salads. Ideally served at a temperature of 12ºC.
