The Boulet de Canon series from Compagnie des Indes has become both famous and infamous. Now it's time for the 7th edition, which the company itself describes as follows: "Boulet de Canon No 7 is a blend of aged rums from Panama in which we infused some fruits and spices in order to suggest the impressive aromas of gunpowder". Aroma: Aromas of exotic fruit, smoke, ginger and pepper.
Tasting notes: Quite complex flavor of roasted notes, nuts, fruit and spices (cloves, cinnamon), among other things.
