Compagnie des Indes Caraïbes is a rum blend consisting of rums from Barbados, Trinidad and Guyana. All parts of the blend are aged between 3 and 5 years in bourbon barrels in the Caribbean. Before Caraïbes is bottled, 15 grams of organic cane sugar syrup is added per liter, which gives a soft and welcoming rum with a pleasant but not nauseating sweetness.

Color: Light golden.
Scent: Vanilla and tropical fruit.
Tasting notes: Soft and round with notes of cloves, ginger and licorice.

Serving suggestion: The rum can be enjoyed neat or in simple cocktails, for example as a substitute for bourbon in an Old Fashioned.
