Ca' del Baio - Chardonnay 'Sermine' Langhe

Chardonnay 'Sermine' has a beautiful, light golden color. The aroma is open and rich with rich, creamy tones on the nose, but the wine quickly develops crisper and almost greenish nuances, which make it very inviting. The taste also finds a nice balance between the rich, rich nuances and a good minerality and freshness.

It is a wine where the rich tones of Chardonnay are tamed very well and where the influence of wood is nicely dosed.
