Chianti Biskero - Salcheto

Biskero is made from classic Tuscan grapes, with the main emphasis on the region's darling Sangiovese grape (85%).

Made to be enjoyed young (within 2-3 years of the harvest), this is a Chianti that is right up your alley for an Italian dinner meal.

Salcheto opens with traditional Chianti notes; fruity with notes of cherry and raspberry. The palate is fresh, with a wonderful fullness that can be attributed to the short barrel aging the wine receives (4 months aging, 30% of the wine in large American wooden barrels).

The aftertaste is pleasantly spicy and surprisingly long, for such a young wine.

Alcohol: 13%
Contents: 75 cl
