De la Finca, Conca del Riu Anoia, is made from Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada. Xarel.lo comes from the Mirador del Serral vineyard, where the vines were planted in 1978, while Macabeo (planted in 1998) and Parellada (planted in 1970 and 1973) come from La Barbera. Natural sedimentation is practiced without filtration before pressing. After fermentation, the “base wine” is aged for 6 months on its “leak” (sediment) in stainless steel tanks and then fermented for a minimum of 3 years in bottle using the Méthode Traditionelle technique. No sugar liqueur is added after disgorging, and the wine is therefore on the dry side.

Everything is intense and yet harmonious in this wine. In the aroma you will find a combination of citrus tones with nuances of toasted bread and butter. With a little oxygenation, notes of exotic fruits also appear. In the taste, the wine almost explodes in the mouth with complex and effervescent fruit tones at first, but the wine also shows freshness, crispness and finesse – with discreet, mineral tones.

Use it as an aperitif or with a meal, with seafood or fish dishes with creamy sauces or with cheese (gratin).
