Domaines Ott - Château de Selle Rosé - Coeur de Grains

Coeur de Grain from Château de Selle is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah.

The aroma reveals fresh, fruity notes of grapefruit and peaches. The taste is fleshy and slightly spicy with nuances of apricots and red cherries.

Its full-bodied and fresh style will go very well with scallops in sauce, smoked salmon, pork and veal in light sauces, and poultry. It should not be served too cold - 10-12 degrees is the ideal temperature.
