The best summer wine of the year?

The grapes Mourvèdre (50%), Cinsault (35%) and Grenache (15%) produce a very aromatic, complex and harmonious wine.

Chateau Romassan is initially quite soft and fruity in the mouth. It quickly develops a structured and spicy taste, which is classic for Bandol rosé and especially for Ott .

Its crispness and clean style make it perfect for fish or poultry in sauce, exotic seafood dishes or veal. It should not be served too cold - 10-12 degrees is the ideal temperature.

Is this the best rosé of the year? At BT they had no doubt, Chateau Romassan from Domaines Ott won the gold medal and the maximum 5 stars!
