Clos Mireille Blanc de Blancs from Ott is a very complex white wine, which offers a wealth of nuances in both the aroma and taste: Wild flowers, cherry stones, almonds, citrus peel and spices.

It is a dry and elegant wine, but at the same time clean, crisp, with exotic notes and honey in the aftertaste. It matches, for example, oysters, fried fish, fish or shellfish soup, and poultry in white sauce. It is also suitable as an aperitif.
