Organic, Alcohol-free bubbles

This ready-to-drink non-alcoholic cocktail is made from different types of organic grapes. They come from the south of France and have been carefully processed to make the best drink.

The grapes have been destemmed, lightly crushed and then left to rest with their skins on in a cool room for 8 hours. This is to extract as much flavour and goodness as possible. The grapes are pressed and the juice is concentrated without fermenting. Natural fruit flavours and a little carbonation are added to make the drink slightly sparkling before it is bottled.

To avoid secondary fermentation and without having to add preservatives, the drink is pasteurized before being shipped. All products in the Florentina range are certified pesticide-free.

Florentina Bellini has a beautiful light peach color and fine small bubbles. The aroma and taste are fresh, crisp and have a slightly exotic tone of juicy peaches. The drink is delicate, fresh and has a slight mineral tone.
