Florentina Red Fruits - Pierre Chavin - Alcohol free

Organic, Alcohol-free bubbles

This “Ready to drink non-alcoholic cocktail” – as Pierre Chavin calls this sparkling beverage – is made from concentrated must of different varieties of organically grown grapes, sourced in the south of France.

After destemming and gentle crushing of the grapes, they are macerated cool (4°C) with their skins for 8 hours, to obtain maximum extraction of aroma, flavor, polyphenols, anthocyanins, tannins, resveratrol and minerals. The grapes are then pressed and the must is concentrated (without prior fermentation) under cool conditions. Finally, the drink is added with natural fruit aromas, a little carbon dioxide (which makes it slightly sparkling) and bottled. A pasteurization process before release prevents secondary fermentation and means that there is no need to add sulfur or preservatives. The products in the “Florentina” series are certified pesticide-free.

Florentina Red Fruits has a beautiful, delicate, pink color, and small, persistent bubbles. The aroma and taste offer very fresh, crisp and at the same time very complex nuances of raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. The wine finishes quite delicately and fresh and with a good minerality.
