Organic, Alcohol-free bubbles

This “ready to drink” non-alcoholic cocktail is made from the juice of various types of organic grapes, sourced from the south of France.

The stems are removed from the grapes, which are then lightly crushed and left to rest with the skins in a cool environment (4°C) for 8 hours. This ensures that as much flavour, colour and nutrients as possible are extracted from the grapes. The grapes are then pressed and the must is concentrated without being allowed to ferment. Finally, natural fruit flavours and a little carbonation are added to make the drink slightly sparkling, before it is bottled.

The product is pasteurized before shipping to prevent secondary fermentation, which means that no preservatives need to be added. All products in the Florentina range are certified pesticide-free.

Florentina Spritz has a beautiful, light rosé color and fine, small bubbles. It smells and tastes fresh with nuances of bitter orange peel, vanilla and mild spices. The drink has a perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness, leaving a fresh and delicious taste.
