If you want to understand why Angelo Gaja has become a living legend in the world of wine, Ca'Marcanda Promis is not a bad place to start.

Gaja has managed to revolutionize Italian wine production by defining what we know today as Super Tuscans: wines from Tuscany, made from grapes considered classically French.

In the case of Promis, it is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and the result is amazing! A powerful, yet still elegant wine with fine nuances and great aging potential.

If you are going to enjoy Promis, we recommend that you pour it into a carafe well in advance, and when we talk about wine from Gaja, we are not exaggerating when we recommend pouring it into a carafe 2-3 hours before serving! - enjoy it in large glasses, with good friends.
