Graham's "The Tawny" Port Wine

The aroma has delicious notes of dried fruits, walnuts, caramel, cocoa, spices and leather. The taste is sweet with lots of ripe tannins and a nice medium acidity that balances the wine. The aftertaste has fine nuances of walnuts and caramel.

DRIED FRUITS & LOTS OF NUTS
"Dried fruits and lots of nuts in the aroma. Warm taste with burnt figs, soft and fortunately not as heavy as one might expect. Graham's The Tawny is made in the best vintages and then aged for 7 to 9 years in wooden barrels. It is very important that it is cooled down a bit before serving so that it does not taste too alcoholic. The cooling makes it much more usable and less dominant, while at the same time dampening the sweetness a bit."
