The La Côte Glacière cuvée is the new edition of the Hommage à William Deutz cuvée, inaugurated in 2010. The cellar master at Deutz, Michel Davesne, decided to vinify the two parcels used for this cuvée separately. This is how La Côte Glacière and Les Meurtets were born. Two cuvées that bear the name of the plot they come from. Brut created from 100% Pinot Noir.

Experience the inciting aroma of yellow peaches, a breeze from the sea, honeydew melon, currants and lemon cake. Creamy and with a very, very soft mousse. A certain fruity sweetness is balanced by a nice acidity and rounded off with fine, salty notes of the sea. A champagne with great potential for aging.
