BESKRIVELSE

While Gewürztraminer is perhaps the most famous wine from Alsace, Riesling is considered the king.
 
The Riesling grape provides fruitiness and character and is very popular - not only in Alsace, although this is where many would say it has optimal conditions.
 
Riesling from Hubert Beck has a fine and delicate bouquet and a dry and full-bodied taste, which makes it suitable for almost all kinds of fish and shellfish.
 
Locally, it is not only used with fish, but it is also used as a companion wine for less powerful dishes such as pork or Coq au Vin.
 
Serving temperature: approx. 8-10 degrees. It would be a shame to serve the wine too cold, as its character and finesse will not come through.
