Johanneshof Reinisch Dialog - Organic White Wine - Austria

Discover the seductive white wine "Dialog", composed of organically grown Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, handpicked from different plots on the estate - including Ried Lores near Tattendorf and Ried Kästenbaum near Gumpoldskirchen. With vines aged 8-20 years and harvested in September, the grapes' classic "buttered" nuances are prioritized in the Chardonnay, which is fermented in large wooden barrels, while the Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in steel tanks to add a nice counterbalance of crispness and bite. After blending, the wine matures for 5 months on its "lean" in steel tanks.

"Dialog" is a dry white wine that combines the structure, richness and complexity of Chardonnay with the aromatic and slightly exotic nuances of gooseberries, grapes and green apples of Sauvignon Blanc.
