Leitz Ein Zwei Zero Sparkling Riesling - Alcohol Free

This is probably the best non-alcoholic sparkling wine we have ever tasted! Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Sparkling is made from Riesling and undergoes a gentle de-alcoholization via vacuum distillation, which preserves as much of the flavor and character of the Riesling as possible. Although non-alcoholic alternatives do not have the depth and weight that we know from “real” wine, Sparkling Eins Zwei Zero is so fresh, crisp and refreshing, supported by a great acidity, that you do not miss anything in the structure.

Scent : Lively and delicious scent with notes of green apples, elderberry and kiwi.
Tasting notes : Beautiful mousse and pleasant acidity. Hints of lime, apple and rhubarb.

Serving suggestion : As an aperitif, with light fish and seafood dishes or spicy Asian food.
