How do you enjoy it best?

Start by holding the glass up to the light and savoring the deep amber color, then smell it; not with your whole nose to begin with; sit back and let the warm aromas rise to you: a fascinating mix of dark, fine sugar and cinnamon.

Taste the rum - we don't need to rush here, but give the rum time in your mouth so you get all the nuances; sugar syrup, cardamom, a touch of nutmeg and of course bold vanilla from the barrel aging. For the finishing touch, we recommend enjoying a piece of dark chocolate with Malteco 15 year old rum.
