Valpolicella Ripasso Marble

Marmo Valpolicella Ripasso is made from the grapes Corvina (70%), Corvinone (20%) and Rondinella (10%). The wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks and then aged for 6 months in the same. This is followed by a further maturation of 36 months in European oak barrels.

The wine offers flattering notes of dark cherries and ripe raspberries as well as well-balanced aromas of cocoa and vanilla. The taste is full-bodied, harmonious and persistent with a light and finely balanced touch of the characteristic bittersweetness.

Marmo Valpolicella Ripasso will match many delicious dishes, preferably prepared on the grill. It could be duck, pork or lamb, for example.
