Classic good Riesling from the Pfalz.

Made by the talented producer Karl Schaefer, Nur Behändigkeit hits a note we really like.
Dry, almost crisp, with delicious notes of stone fruit and a little flick of the tail at the end. That's how it should be!

Nur Behändigkeit is initially a bit closed in aroma, but the wine quickly opens up in the glass and reveals an incredibly deep and complex style.

You sense older vines, not least in the taste, where you find an extremely exciting harmony between spicy, bold notes of herbs (mint, lemon balm) and a beautiful structure and minerality.

Finally, in the mouth you will find discreet notes of grapefruit and pineapple-cherry, which provide both freshness and exoticism.
