Parallel 45 is named after the 45th parallel, which runs directly through the Jaboulet vineyards in the Rhône Valley, right in the middle between north and south.

Parallèle 45 Blanc has a very immediate and aromatic and appetizing aroma, with nuances of green leaves and citrus fruits. The taste is very harmonious with good minerality and bite, as well as notes of white peaches and passion fruit. The aftertaste is fresh and persistent, with delicious cool notes.

Serve it with fish or shellfish soups, mussels, smoked salmon or fish in light sauces. Also try it with veal or poultry fricassee.
