Quinta de Ventozelo Dry gin

Ventozelo Gin is a journey into the nature of Quinta de Ventozelo. It is the result of a research project with the Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas Abel Salazar and a collaboration with Cantinho das Aromáticas, which helped us identify the incredible aromas of the estate and how to capture them in a bottle. The final botanical blend was macerated in vinous alcohol obtained from the distillation of Quinta de Ventozelo's wines.

Tasting Notes To the characteristic scents of forest, garden and orchard is added the vinous aroma of the spirit of wine, giving this gin a characteristically smooth and persistent quality. An excellent combination of fresh and citrusy notes from lemon peel, mint, coriander and lemon thyme with aromas of forest, juniper, lavender, Portuguese thyme and globe amaranth.

How to enjoy it best To preserve the purity of its aromas, this gin should be served with non-aromatic tonic water, ice and juniper berries.
