Quinta de Ventozelo Touriga Nacional

This wine has a deep ruby ​​red color and a rich aroma of red and black fruits. Elegant floral notes emerge in the background. In the mouth it shows good acidity, a bold structure and a persistent finish. It provides a pleasant and complete experience both on its own and as an accompaniment to food.

Vinification The grapes were received on the winery's special line, where they underwent full destemming, hand sorting of bunches and later sorting of berries using an optical machine. Vinification took place in lagars with pre-fermentative maceration and strict temperature control. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

How to enjoy it best Perfect with grilled meat dishes or traditional oven dishes. Can also be enjoyed on its own at any time. Best served at a temperature between 16º and 18ºC.
