Lagrima is the sweetest of all Port wines. To balance the sweet taste, white fully ripe grapes are used, which give the Port enough flavor and strength to harmonize with the sweet fruit.
With its complex, almost exotic aromas and rich, long finish, Lagrima is perfect as an exciting alternative to an aperitif or dessert. Serve chilled at 8-10 degrees Celsius with a rich starter like Foie Gras or with sweet desserts.
