Stauning Harvest Double Malt Whisky

Stauning HØST is a smooth, fruity and floral whisky that recalls the warmth and comfort of the late Danish summer during the harvest of our carefully selected and locally grown rye and barley. This double malt whisky is created in Denmark and consists of a blend of equal parts single malt whisky and rye whisky, aged in new American oak barrels with a touch of port wine casks.

Our approach to whisky: designed with intention, simplicity, sustainability, timeless style and a touch of "hygge". By producing whisky from 100% ground malted Danish rye and barley, we create a timeless whisky style that is characterised by its deep flavour and quality. By double distillation in 24 small copper pot stills, heated over an open fire, complex and rich flavour notes are added to the Whisky.
