Tramari Rosé de Primitivo - Feudi di San Marzano

The aroma and taste are dominated by crisp notes of raspberry, cherry and Mediterranean spices. This is reflected in the elegant taste, which is crisp and fruity with a lovely aftertaste.

Tramari is made from Primitivo from vineyards in San Marzano in Salento. The soil is a mixture of clay, sand and a thin layer of soil, the subsoil of crushed rocks, provides good drainage and ensures abundant water reserves in depth - an important detail, as the area is often hit by extreme heat during the day and drought. However, the nights are cool and this temperature difference gives the grapes a longer ripening and therefore more aromatic and delicate wines.
